Two screws missing when box arrived. Having trouble with instalation of the synth. rope. You are supposed to fit it through a hole in the drum but it just wont go through. The end of the rope has a rubber tip but it came of when I pulled it on the other end of the hole and it tore off. I wrote superwinch support to see if they can help.

Most reliable winch I have owned.. Had it completely submerged in water and performed flawlessly. I would recommend this for any off road enthusiast. Got it for a great price here at Amazon.com.
