There is one major flaw in the product description: Maximum relocation distance is only 18". So make sure that will work for you. I had to carefully plan where my solenoid would go. Originally, I wanted it to be located in the engine bay. But, with the cost of wire, I decided to get this kit. The total 2AWG that comes in this kit = 4.5' total. The best price I could find was $4.25 a foot. And most of it was cheap rubber insulated wire... so this is where I started to justify this kit.
Basically it would cost $20 bucks to get the same amount of wire... about $10-15 for 6 x 2g. wire terminals.... I couldn't find the right boots to fit over this wire. So, I figred for an extra couple of bucks and free shipping, I could have everything done for me. Of course, I wasn't going to relocated all the way into my engine bay, so it wasn't the ideal solution. However, I didn't want to spend $80 dollars for the wire either.
So, the kit comes with quality wiring, crimped, and color coded heat shrink tubing around the terminals. The instructions for relocation were included (which were way better than owner's manual that came with the winch). It took only minutes to connect everything. Having everything assembled and color coded saved me about an hour of my time. I highly recommend it to anyone relocating a solenoid within 18" of the winch.

Wires limit relocation to within approx. 18 inches. I had to make longer wires and didn't even use the kit! The only thing in the kit is 4 wires and grommets.

I used this winch on the front of my 1997 4runner with a synthetic line. It did great and has great line speed (as noted by others in the group).
Only got to use it for about 4 outings before my car was flipped by a high schooler talking on a cell phone and not paying attention. However, i will be ordering another one--so that should tell you something.
I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it doenst already come with the option to remotely locate the winch selnoid (unless you buy the kit).
